City workers are wrapping up a two-year construction project that tore up streets in the Diamond Hill area. The project aimed to replace 100-year-old sewer pipes. The project experienced delays, which pushed the road paving to this spring. But the weather is now warm enough for crews to pave the streets. Next, crews will pave over the Woods Creek bridge on West Nelson Street, which has been under construction since September.
