Pumpkinseeds, a popular gift shop in downtown Lexington, is being forced to relocate after an unknown buyer committed to purchasing the property. The building at 1 N. Main St. was put on the market after its former owner died last month. Siobhan Deeds, one of the store’s owners, said the store is expected to move to another building downtown sometime next year.
