Washington and Lee University will face number three-ranked Rhode Island College Friday, March 8 at 8 p.m. The team advanced to the Sweet 16 for the first time in program history following a home court win over number 11 ranked Catholic University 80-70 on Saturday, March 2. The Generals were led by sophomore Mary Schleusner’s 24 points, 24 rebounds, and seven blocks against the Cardinals.
