Speaking in Cameron Hall, U.S. Army Chief of Staff Mark Milley warned the V.M.I. Corps of Cadets about the dangers of isolationism. Preaching national unity, Milley stressed that, both at home and abroad,the United States cannot let its guard down. He also said that soon the military will need to adapt its methods of warfare to changes in the modern world.
