Last month’s snowstorm didn’t delay construction on Lexington City Schools’ only elementary school. Waddell Elementary is still on track for re-opening around May 19, after a multi-million dollar renovation. Students and teachers are meeting in modular units beside Lylburn Downing Middle School until the work is done.
