Buena Vista will hold its Spooktacular trick-or-treating event Friday for the 11th straight year from 4-6 p.m. The tradition is for children in costumes to drop by participating businesses in downtown Buena Vista. Those businesses will not only participate in the fun, they’ll also enjoy increased foot traffic. Lexington will hold a similar event for children 11 and under. Older kids 12-18 can congregate on Hopkins Green for “Teen Halloween on the Green.”
