State Sen. Jennifer McClellan will replace Democratic Rep. Donald McEachin as representative of Virginia’s blue-leaning 4th Congressional District after McEachin died last November.
The debate will be broadcast online and on four TV stations across the state, including WSET in Lynchburg. It will be the first time all five candidates appear on screen together.
