The Rockbridge Area Relief Association made a deal with the city to buy the Piovano Building at 350 Spotswood Drive while City Council solicits offers for the rest of the property.
RARA and Ben Grigsby, a former trustee of Washington and Lee University, each offered to buy the Piovano Building to save the organizations housed on site.
