Lexington is seeking a new city attorney after Jared Jenkins, who was recently banned from practicing in the Rockbridge Circuit Court, split from his employer, Mann Legal Group.
A Rockbridge Circuit Court judge has sanctioned City Attorney Jared Jenkins and Judge Christopher Russell said Jenkins is not fit to practice in Virginia.
