Organizers say they want Virginians to vote in favor of a ballot measure that would temporarily allow the General Assembly to redraw congressional districts.
Carrie Dietz stepped away from coaching to raise a family in 2010. She returned in 2016 and is now a head coach again, this time for Rockbridge County High School, where she took over in February.
The last time drivers were collectively paying this much at the pump was almost four years ago, after Russia invaded Ukraine.
