Kevin Finch, a journalism professor at Washington and Lee, is retiring after 13 years
leading the Rockbridge Report. Students and colleagues credit him with professionalizing the
student-run broadcast and website, which serves the Rockbridge area. Before coming to
Lexington, he worked as a reporter and a producer at TV stations across the country, covering
stories that included the Olympics, the Super Bowl, and 9/11.
