Washington and Lee women’s basketball team stays unbeaten, advances to Sweet 16

The Washington and Lee women’s basketball team reached 30 wins for the first time in program history after NCAA tournament wins over the St. Mary’s Seahawks and Christopher Newport Captains. They defeated the Seahawks 73-44 and then held on to beat the Captains, 61-55. On Friday, they host Bethel University of Minnesota in the Sweet 16.
