New Supervisor Steve Hart opposes rec center

Steve Hart was elected Nov. 4 for the first time to the Rockbridge County Board of Supervisors as the Kerrs Creek representative. On Tuesday, The Rockbridge Report’s Isabella Custard sat down for an exclusive interview with the Hart to talk about his plans for Rockbridge. He said it is time for the county to pay off its debt. He also said he supports the new noise ordinance.
