Correction: Rowsey pleaded guilty to three felony counts of running an illegal gambling operation. His sentencing was deferred, and he was placed on probation for two years. Two of the felonies will be discharged. The remaining felony will be changed to a misdemeanor, as long as Rowsey does not get into trouble with the law.

Brian Rowsey is leasing the former Lexington Restaurant on South Main Street. He will call it the Lexington Diner. Rowsey says he’s moving on after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of being an accessory to illegal bingo games at 501 Roadhouse. He still maintains his innocence despite the guilty plea.
