Lexington Country Club plans to close golf course for renovations in fall

The Lexington Golf and Country Club will begin a two-year construction project this fall. The project will be funded by Washington and Lee and the country club, but the board isn’t saying how much it will cost. Some club members expressed concerns about how long they will be without a course.
