Virginia Horse Center finds creative ways to get business in the offseason

The Virginia Horse Center historically struggles to fill its Anderson Coliseum in the winter offseason. But this winter has been different. Last weekend, it hosted the third of three 28-team softball tournaments. Horse Center General Manager Leroy Troxel said events like these can benefit other local businesses, too.
