RARO’s Executive Director Chad Coffey wants to transform an old space that the county uses for storage into a center for exercise. Coffey plans to convert a former middle school cafeteria into a multipurpose recreational room. He says the space would be ready by the summer if the group receives the go-ahead by the Rockbridge County Board of Supervisors during its April 10 meeting.
