Rockbridge considers proposal for solar panel facility near Fairfield school

Dynamic Energy, LLC is seeking county approval to build a 40-acre solar facility on land that currently grows crops in Fairfield, Va. across the street from Fairfield Elementary School.

The company says the project could power 1,000 homes. The project would be the biggest solar facility to be approved in the county.
