No new noise regs for W&L student parties in Rockbridge County

For months, people who live near Washington and Lee University students in the Kerrs Creek district have complained about students’ parties. They asked the Rockbridge County Board of Supervisors to pass a stricter noise ordinance. But the board said the neighbors and students need to work out the problem themselves.
