Lexington City Council is searching for a replacement for Noah Simon, who left his position as city manager in April. The council and the Berkley Group reviewed applications during a closed meeting Sept. 19. They plan to interview applicants Oct. 14 and fill the position by the new year. Until then, Brenda Garton will continue in her role as interim city manager.
