RCHS wins first place in KIDWIND competition

The Rockbridge County High School Wildcats took first place in the regional KIDWIND Challenge on March 5. The goal of KIDWIND is to teach kids about the power and potential of wind energy. The competition was held at the Science Museum of Western Virginia in Roanoke and judged by local energy companies including Dominion Energy. The high school team will move on to nationals in May.
