The local Potter family just moved their small retail sector at the Donald’s Meat Processing, the butcher shop, to Cattleman’s Market. They have expanded the retail side of their business and started selling products prepared with meat, such as spaghetti sausage, sausage gravy, and meat loaf. In 2012, they opened a USDA-inspected raw meat processing butcher shop called Donald’s Meat Processing. The manager,  Rosalea Potter, said she sees endless potentials with the products.
