Dabney students take their talents from the classroom to the kitchen

Dabney S. Lancaster Community College is moving culinary students from the classroom to the profession, by asking local restaurants and dining services to provide internships. Phillip McManus, the program’s director, said 90 percent of the culinary graduates since 2008 have found jobs.
