The Pink Cadillac opened under new ownership last month with 12 additional ice cream flavors and other enhancements. Owner and former manager Brian Torrence and his wife purchased the diner in early February. Torrence plans to add outdoor seating and live music to the distinctive roadside restaurant in Natural Bridge, which is loaded with 1950s memorabilia.
