Rockbridge County High School has taken a new approach to teaching by “flipping the classroom.” The method is a national trend in which the teacher films his or her lecture before class. Class time is then spent reviewing material taught in the filmed lecture. Some teachers claim that this method enables students to use class time in a more productive manner.
