Virginia is one of 13 states that will hold its presidential primary on Super Tuesday. As Rockbridge County prepares for the political event, local Republican and Democratic leaders weigh in about the final push to get people to the polls March 1. County Registrar Marilyn Earhart said her office predicts a higher turnout than normal because of the hype the presidential race has generated on both sides.
