Incumbent Mary Harvey-Halseth lost her seat on Lexington City Council Tuesday in a four-way race for three seats. Harvey-Halseth fell 94 votes short to third place vote-getter VMI professor Patrick Rhamey, Jr. Newcomer David Sigler, a Washington and Lee graduate who works in the VMI athletic department, garnered 916 votes. And incumbent Chuck Smith won the largest number of votes, 1,043.
