U.S. home prices dropped for the second straight month in December, according to the Associated Press, and new-home construction has slowed. But Realtors in the Rockbridge area say they are experiencing a different pattern. One reason for the national price decrease is the winter weather but local Realtors say the cold weather hasn’t affected sales here.
