People are celebrating the first Love Our Library Month to support the Rockbridge Regional Library. One goal is to replace the 28-year-old bookmobile — a library on wheels. The new bookmobile should offer better access to people with disabilities and to residents in more remote areas, including Bath County and Montebello. Athena Cao reports.
