Elections in Buena Vista should be easy for this year’s candidates. They are all running unopposed. So is incumbent Republican Del. Ben Cline, who represents Buena Vista, Lexington and Rockbridge County in the House of Delegates. Buena Vista General Registrar Arlene Garrett says she wishes the candidates in her city had attracted some challengers.
