In a presidential campaign where Virginia is a swing state, every vote will count. At the Virginia Military Institute, several cadets say they want to vote, but some didn’t know how to obtain an absentee ballot or how to register to vote in Virginia. Cadets also say they are not sure about which candidate to support.
