Negative campaigning dampens voter enthusiasm

Following record turn-out in 2008, some residents of Lexington say they have become disillusioned with politics. They say their votes will not matter, and that negative campaigning by President Obama and his Republican challenger, Mitt Romney, has turned them off. But they say they will still vote because they feel it is their civic duty.
