A fire caused major damage to Corner Cuts and Styles Salon, at 749 Orchard Avenue in Buena Vista. Fire Chief Tommy Keiser says it was accidental, most likely caused by unextinguished cigarette ashes. Luckily, no one was hurt. But the tenant of the apartment upstairs and his landlord disagree over who should pay the price for the damage.
